I offer an emotions based energy work technique known as Emotional Restorative Technique (ERT).

Emotional Restorative Technique is a way of discovering past experiences that are keeping your body stuck in old patterns and giving you the opportunity to let them go. ERT is a way to let your body speak about the emotional patterns in your life. With the healing support and instruction of an ERT practitioner, you can unearth and let go of recent or life-long emotional energy that’s creating limits in your life. Through a simple process of muscle testing, energy work, and forgiveness statements, you can begin to realize truths, heal hurts, forgive, and grow in astonishing ways. Wonderful progress can be made on significant issues in just 1 hour.

Emotional Restorative Technique is an evidenced-based approach to releasing stuck emotional patterns based on the science of how the brain and body store and processes information related to past experiences and their corresponding emotional imprint.

Working with me through ERT you can expect to experience a greater capacity to hold space for emotions, learn to honor them and give gratitude for how they have served you

What does a session look like?

We will discuss a focus for the work and reach an understanding of what changes you hope for. Following a series of simple questions and statements, the practitioner will locate where the emotional energy is hanging out in the body. After discovering what your body has to say, together we will make connections about your past, your personality, and your needs in regards to what we’ve found. Finally you will be lead through a series of release statements including acceptance, permission, and forgiveness statements that will allow you to connect the body work with your mind and spirit to experience emotional freedom and acceptance.

I recommend at least 4-6 sessions when beginning ERT, and then on an as needed basis.

As you experience freedom from emotional patterns you may discover new ones coming to the surface and into your awareness. I have often found that once the energy from the initial concerns moves out of the body and resolution is felt, other emotions can come to the surface. The body begins to realize you have discovered a modality that allows it to release emotional patterning that is no longer serving it, and so it is going to assist you by letting you know about everything that needs to be released.
